Analiza możliwości uszczelnienia sektorowego rozdzielacza wodnego kombajnu górniczego i jego badania stanowiskowe
W artykule przedstawiono genezę powstania sektorowego rozdzielacza wodnego do zastosowania w kombajnach górniczych. Przedstawiono problemy związane z zachowaniem odpowiedniej szczelności węzłów konstrukcyjnych rozdzielacza oraz podano wymogi stawiane uszczelnieniom. Opisano zastosowane standardowe oraz opracowane przez autorów nowe typy uszczelnień. Przedstawiono przebieg oraz wyniki badań efektywności tych uszczelnień na stanowisku badawczym oraz podczas prób ruchowych.
Analysis of the possibility of sealing of section water divider of the coal shearer and its stand tests
In the paper is presented the progress in development of water divider in coal shearers. There are presented problem connected with preservations of tightness of divider's structural ports and are given demands for such seals. There are described the standard as well as new designs developed by authors. Presented are tests and results of examination of such seals in the test stand and operational tests.
